Chee Cheong Fun and Chicken Porridge from Kampar


This is what i eat for dinner at Kampar. I just order plain chee cheong fun. Chee Cheong Fun (or rice noodle) can be eat with sweet sauce, curry sauce with some sesame. The stall that i order this chee cheong fun is very famous cause need to wait for long queue then only able to get it.
Other than chee cheong fun, i also order chicken porridge. I shared it with my cousin. The porridge is so smooth.

My favourites is yu dan lo shu fan. Everytime i went back to kampar, i will eat this for breakfast. Others than original fishball, there are fried fishball. I like to eat. To be continued....more about Kampar.

Masak-masak for Saybah's Farewell



This is the foods that cooked by our tech agents for farewell Saybah. We have Soto, nasi lemak with sambal ikan bilis and telur rebus, macaroni, hotdog, popia, cucur udang, pulut hitam, tembikai, puding buah, caramel, orange soda with lychee, keria, curry puff, strawberry cheese cake from Secret Recipe and many many more.....

Pineapple Limeade recipe - 108 calories

Ingredients:

3 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
1 quart carbonated lemon-lime beverage, chilled
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/3 cup sugar (to taste)
lime slices, for garnish (optional)

Preparation:
1. Mix the pineapple juice, lime juice and sugar; stir until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Chill for at least 4 hours.
3. When ready to serve, add the chilled soda.
4. Serve in tall glasses and garnish with lime slices.

PUDING JAGUNG

Pagi pagi hari ini, saya dapat puding jagung dari surina. Patutlar semalam dia tanya i, hari ini keje ke tak? Keje kul brp? Rupanyer dia nak bagi i puding jagung. Tapi tak sempat nak makan, tunggu time dinner baru sempat nak makan. Sedap lar Surina, TQ very much.
